1. Attendance Policy

  • Participants are required to attend all scheduled sessions to receive the certification.
  • Absences must be communicated in advance, and missed sessions may need to be made up via alternative arrangements.

2. Program Schedule

  • The in-person sessions will run from 28 January 2025 to 29 January 2025, beginning promptly at 09h00 each day.
  • Online modules and assessments should be completed by the specified deadlines provided at the program's launch.

3. Pre-Work Submission

  • Pre-course assignments, including the self-assessment and reading materials, must be completed and submitted via the Learning Management System (LMS) by 14 February 2025.
  • Failure to complete pre-work may affect participation in the program.

4. Certification Requirements

  • Certification will only be awarded to participants who successfully:
    • Attend all sessions.
    • Complete all assignments and the capstone project.
    • Achieve a satisfactory level of performance in assessments.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to adhere to professional behavior during all sessions and group activities.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.

6. Confidentiality Notice

  • All shared case studies, business scenarios, and discussions during the program should be treated as confidential.
  • Participants are prohibited from sharing sensitive information about their organization or others without consent.

7. Technology Requirements

  • Participants must have access to a laptop or tablet for online learning modules, group discussions, and the capstone project.
  • Reliable internet access is essential for completing the online components.

8. Support and Assistance

  • Any technical difficulties or questions regarding the program should be directed to the program administrator or facilitator at info@thinkcareeracademy.co.za.
  • Additional guidance or clarification on assignments or projects will be provided upon request.

9. Dietary Restrictions and Accessibility

  • Participants attending in-person sessions should notify the program administrator of any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs by 27 January 2025.

10. Feedback and Evaluation

  • Participant feedback is essential for program improvement. All attendees are encouraged to complete the post-program evaluation form, which will be shared at the conclusion of the training.
